Returns
To return an item, please email us at info@beebimonitorid.ee. In your email, please include your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Returning an item
- The Buyer must notify us of their intention to return an item within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer, except where the item received does not match the order or is defective.
- A refund for the returned item will be issued as soon as the goods have been returned, and no later than 14 days after we receive the notice of withdrawal.
- Customers may also contact the Consumer Disputes Committee of the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority, which handles disputes arising from contracts where the value of the disputed goods exceeds €20. Proceedings before the committee are free of charge.
