Yes, absolutely! The Arenti P2F camera supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi frequencies. Since each has its own advantages, we recommend choosing whichever network has the stronger signal in your home for the best experience.

2.4 GHz Wi-Fi is the better choice if the camera is in a large room or if there’s a wall between it and the router, as this frequency travels farther.

5 GHz Wi-Fi is a great option if the camera is close to the router, offering a more stable, interference-free connection in a smaller space.

Of course, it’s completely safe, so you can use it with confidence! The Arenti P2F WiFi camera is protected by your router’s network password and encryption, as well as by your Arenti account, using industry-standard 128-bit AES encryption and the SSL/TLS protocol.

For security reasons, only one mobile phone can be logged into an account at a time. Other users can view the camera’s live video only through the sharing feature.

To share the camera, follow these steps: open the Arenti app and go to Settings – Device Sharing – Add, then follow the in-app instructions.

Note: Your friend must create an Arenti account in the same country and log into the Arenti app in order to access the shared camera.

The P2F WiFi camera does not have a built-in battery. It is a non-rechargeable camera that requires a constant power connection.

If there’s no power outlet where you plan to install the camera, you can use an extension cord of the appropriate length or a power bank. Make sure the location also has a stable network connection. Check out our selection of power banks.

The Arenti P2F WiFi camera can be placed on a flat surface, mounted on a tripod, or fixed to a wall. If you’d like to mount the camera on a wall, make sure the screws are securely fastened to prevent the camera from falling.

To see the SD card slot, tilt the camera upward and insert the SD card into the slot.

Note: We recommend using a Class 10 or higher Micro SD card, formatted as FAT32, up to 256 GB, preferably from a well-known brand.
